Minimum storage & drying charges are due upon issuance of open storage settlement. Bal due on sale.

Averaging:  
The Scoular Company will average grade factors for all loads on delivery with the following exceptions:
***Moisture on corn will not be averaged.
***Loads graded musty, sour, infested or COFO will not be averaged with clear loads.

SOYBEANS -
Storage:
1st 60 Days - $0.20/bu
$0.035/bushel/month thereafter (daily rate applies)
Minimum storage & drying charges are due upon issuance of open storage settlement. Balance due on sale.

Averaging:
The Scoular Company will not average soybeans for any grade factor.

Paperwork Note:
Warehouse receipts will be cut 1 year after open storage settlement. Plan to seal? Please ask for a Warehouse Receipt.

We have no "free" storage days during harvest.
